Privacy Notice

Data controller: All in Term. Contact: [email protected]. This notice describes personal data processed during registration and account management.

2. Data we process

Registration collects your name, email address and password; the password is stored as a one way hash rather than plain text. We process account and license status, registration and last login times, and the version and time of Terms acceptance and Privacy Notice acknowledgement. The visual verification answer is retained for at most five minutes and deleted after one attempt. Server access logs may include IP addresses and request times.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process account, session and license data to establish and perform the service contract; security data to prevent abuse under legitimate interests; and required records to meet legal obligations. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing or other optional data processing.

4. Collection and recipients

Data is collected electronically through the registration form and requests to the service. Hosting and technical infrastructure providers may process only data necessary to deliver the service. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities when legally required. Any international transfer will follow applicable legal requirements.

5. Retention and security

Account data is kept while the account is active and for any applicable legal retention period. When an account is deleted, data without a retention obligation is deleted or anonymized. Passwords are hashed and verification codes are short lived and single use. Appropriate access controls and security measures are applied.

6. Your rights

Under Turkish data protection law, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information or correction, request deletion when conditions are met, and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
